For content related to ordinary (i.e. planned/scheduled) or extraordinary (i.e. major repairs, non foreseeable and unscheduled activities, etc.) skilled maintenance building work, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, CCTV, access control, etc., systems and civil works, including all the activities related to their daily operation.
