Note
For content on WFP's Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) which aims to control and manage the quality of the food delivered, from primary production or purchase to the food distribution and final consumption. The system includes promoting adherence to standards in the form of food specifications, monitoring of vendors' performance (food suppliers, laboratories, and inspection companies), improving the nutritional value of the food commodities and specialized nutrition products, as well as capacity building of actors throughout the supply chain.
