Financial inclusion

For content related to access to and use of financial products and services which includes bank and mobile money accounts, remittances, saving accounts, insurance payments, etc. Increasing impact through cash transfers, whether those are CBT operations or government-to-person (G2P) payments, by working towards digital financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment objectives through, for example: conducting regulatory-supply- and demand- side analyses to understand the financial ecosystem, building people’s confidence and capability in their engagement with products and services (digital and financial literacy), conducting user journey analyses to better understand people’s experience in the cash delivery process, engaging and advocating with public and private entities on barriers and opportunities related to digital financial inclusion, consumer protection, linking people to livelihood creation opportunities, working on private sector service offerings etc.
