Résumé
The case studies were selected to present a balanced set of examples from across programming regions: Middle East, Northern Africa and Central Asia; Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, West and Central Africa, East Africa, and Southern Africa. The cases are included from across the range of programmatic settings: from stable conditions to emergencies including disasters and pandemics, conflict and post-conflict contexts. Finally, these studies show how internal and external parties are trying to adjust programming to urban conditions in various low- and middle-Income countries (LMICs). Case studies are drawn from book chapters, reports, policy overviews, pilot assessments, policy briefs, policy documents, blog posts, journal articles and websites.
