This evaluation assessed the impact of WFP’s food-for-assets (FFA) activities implemented in Senegal between 2005 and 2010. As one of a multi- country series, the evaluation’s objectives were to assess the outcomes and impacts of FFA on livelihoods resilience, identify changes needed for increasing these impacts, and generate lessons for better alignment with WFP’s 2011 FFA Guidance Manual and disaster risk reduction policy. Findings were assessed in the context of the Government’s resilience-building strategy and climate change adaptation measures.
