This Decentralized Evaluation was commissioned by the Sao Tome and Principe Country Office, and it covers School feeding activities and smallholder farmers activities implemented by WFP and its partners within CSP 2019 -2024 through capacity strengthening intervention from July 2019 to December 2022. It was carried out in 2023. The evaluation had the dual objective of assessing the performance of the project (accountability) and learning valuable lessons for its future (learning).
