The World Food Programme (WFP) commissioned this independent, Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) of the Armenia Development Project (DEV) 200128 ‘Development of Sustainable School Feeding’ (2010-2016). It is intended to assess the performance and results of the project (accountability); and to draw lessons to allow the Country Office (CO) to make informed strategic decisions about positioning itself in Armenia, form strategic partnerships, and improve operations design and implementation (learning).
