This evaluation covers WFP’s Protracted Relief and Recovery Operations (PRRO) 200552 in the East, Adamaoua, North and Far North of Cameroon. The evaluation was conducted by an independent three-member Evaluation Team (ET). It took place between February and March 2016. The evaluation asked three main questions: 1) How appropriate was the operation? 2) What were the results of the operation? And, 3) Why and how did the operation produce the observed results? Field work took place in February-March.
