IRAM conducted the evaluation of PRRO 200065 that aims to respond to food security and nutrition needs among the Malagasy population in relation to recurrent natural disasters (cyclones/floods and droughts). The evaluation process stretched from October 2013 to February 2014 and was based on three main questions: (a) How appropriate is the operation; (b) What are the results of the operation; and (c) Why and how has the operation produced observed results.
