This independent final evaluation of the Protracted Relief and Recovery Operation (PRRO) 200355 “Assistance to Disaster Affected and Vulnerable Groups in Mozambique” was commissioned by the World Food Programme (WFP) Office of Evaluation (OEV) and conducted by a team of consultants from TANGO International. Its purpose is to address corporate emphasis on providing accountability and evidence for programme results and learning for future action.
