This evaluation of Lesotho Country Programme 200369, conducted by three member Evaluation Team (ET) from JaRco Consulting, took place during March–July 2015, with fieldwork taking place in May. The evaluation assessed the CP through three overarching questions: 1) How appropriate is the operation? 2) What are the results of the operation? and 3) What are the factors that determine the results? The evaluation examines activities and processes related to Country Programme formulation, implementation, resourcing, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, and external factors that have impacted the results.
