This evaluation report presents the results of the evaluation of the World Food Programme’s (WFP) Local and Regional Food Procurement Policy (LRFPP) pilots in Ethiopia, Sudan, and Uganda (January 2021 – December 2023). It summarizes the scope, methodology, and sampling for each pilot Country Office (CO) and presents the evaluation’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations. The evaluation took place from February 2023 to December 2023 and served two objectives: accountability and learning.
