Direct training to beneficiaries, with a focus on women participants to introduce the key concepts of gender equality for human rights, the importance of achieving gender equality, the main challenges and how to overcome them: Module 1: Key concept of gender equality in relation to human rights and gender sensitivity. Module 2: identification of the key challenges to achieving equal rights. Module 3: identification of equal rights, opportunities and capacities to participate in the community and family life, and analysis of women life project to advance in personal goals. Module 4: identification of resources and services women participating currently have access to, as and what are the obstacles women face in gaining independence over resources and services.
