Summary
The World Food Programme (WFP), the United Nations International Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security and the Ministry of Health through the Directorate of Food and Nutrition (DFN), conduct Food Security Monitoring System (FSMS) surveys bi-annually during the lean season (July-September) and post-harvest (January-March) to monitor the levels of food insecurity across the country.
