This decentralized evaluation, jointly commissioned by WFP, UNICEF, and FAO in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), covers the Joint Resilience Programme (JRP) from 2018 to 2024. The JRP aims to strengthen the socio-economic resilience of smallholder farmers and vulnerable populations in the territories of Walikale, Masisi, Rutshuru and Nyiragongo in the province of North Kivu and the territories of Mwenga, Walungu, Uvira and Kalehe in the province of South Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
