This decentralized evaluation was commissioned by the Angola Country Office and covers the Technical Assistance Activities and Refugee Support in Angola implemented from 2017 to 2022. The evaluation was carried out from 2023 to 2024. The evaluation covered the activities of country capacity strengthening and refugees: 1) technical assistance to the Government of Angola (GoA); 2) emergency response in drought-affected regions; and 3) refugee support.
