A coverage survey of Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) programmes was conducted in Ukhiya and Teknaf upazilas, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. The survey, using the Semi-Quantitative Evaluation of Access and Coverage (SQUEAC) methodology, assessed the coverage of Outpatient Therapeutic Programme (OTP) and Targeted Supplementary Feeding Programme (TSFP) for children aged 6-59 months and pregnant and lactating women (PLW). Key Findings: OTP Coverage: Estimated at 69.5% (95% CI: 58.6 - 78.5%), with true coverage likely between 75-85%. TSFP Coverage: Estimated at 81.2% (95% CI: 76.4 – 86.0%) for children, and 70-100% for PLW. Community Screening: At least 95% of PLW and carers confirmed home screening, with over 90% screened in the last month. The coverage estimates for CMAM programmes exceeded the Sphere standard for rural contexts (50%) in both upazilas, attributed to screening campaigns from October to November 2021. Key barriers to accessing services included incorrect programme enrollment and lack of awareness among male community leaders. Recommendations were presented to Nutrition Sector partners to improve coverage.
